Designer Lara Cameron is the co-founder of Ink & Spindle, a Melbourne textile printing company with focusses on ethical and enviro-friendly materials and business practices.
Lara is also mum to 19 month old Adelaide, a gorgeous and very awake toddler! Lara has been through a tumultuous sleep journey, from sleep schools and home consultants to long walks in the Ergo and 5.00am starts - on a good day. We commiserate and share battle stories of the horrors of sleep deprivation, learning to let go and what actually happens in the hallowed halls of sleep school.
*Kids in the room note: there's a few swear words in this ep... what can we say, sleep is a delicate topic!*

Money, money, money... after a brief convo earlier in the week, Tess and Emma realised they have completely different ways of managing their family's finances. We bare all (well, all that's left after sharing our blood-filled birth stories and tales of crustified amniotic fluid) about how we deal with money when kids and partners and self-employment are thrown into the mix!
We also share what we've been reading, listening to and watching over the past fortnight, as well as our parenting Yays and Nays. Show notes continue below!
